Description
This is Chimney Bluffs State Park in New York on Lake Ontario. These bluffs were formed by a glacial drumlin (a whale-shaped hill), which has been eroded away by wind, lake waters, ice and rain; forming razor-like edges. Drumlins are common for Western and Central New York, but one that is sliced in half like this is really rare.
